The birth of my daughter in April 2024 changed everything — my routines, my priorities, and most unexpectedly, my creativity. Becoming her mom awakened a part of me I didn’t even realize had been quiet for so long. I found myself craving a creative outlet, something that allowed me to pour love, imagination, and intention into every detail. That spark became MillieBug.

Her name inspired the heart of my brand. Millie is a sweet play on her name, Amelia, and Bug comes from the nickname that stuck from the moment she arrived. Every stitch, every pattern, every idea begins with her — the tiny muse who made me brave enough to build something of my own.

Children’s and baby clothing have always been my passion. There’s something magical about creating pieces that become part of a child’s everyday adventures, memories, and milestones. As MillieBug grew, so did my vision.
